About Us - Network Surveyors Limited (NSL)

NSL was launched in March 2005 with the objective of winning a share of the market for residential property valuations.

NSL acts as a panel manager for property valuations on behalf of mortgage lenders. Each valuation instruction received is outsourced to a firm of chartered surveyors in the locality of the property. The completed report produced by the surveyor is returned to the lender who originated the instruction. NSL does not employ its own surveyors, but has a panel of chartered surveyors located throughout England & Wales.

The surveyors on NSL's panel are appointed after due diligence checks have been carried out on their qualifications, competency and proof of adequate PI cover. NSL provides the surveyors on its panel with marketing and communication services and ongoing training.

NSL will also panel manage the production of Energy Performance Certificates or if commissioned by the vendor, a full Home Condition Report for Home Information Packs when they become mandatory.

NSL achieved the BSI ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification in 2005.
