Directors

Grenville Folwell, Non-executive Chairman, age 64

Grenville was Deputy Chief Executive of Halifax plc from 1996 to 1999, having joined the board as Group Finance Director in 1989. During his time on the board of Halifax plc he was involved in the merger and subsequent integration of the Halifax and Leeds Permanent Building Societies. He was also involved in the £18 billion flotation of Halifax plc, and negotiated on a number of acquisitions, including the successful £750 million hostile takeover of Birmingham Midshires Building Society. Grenville's current non-executive directorships include Partnerships UK plc, Compass Finance Group plc, Software Solutions Partners Limited and institute of Public Finance Limited. In 1995 Grenville was president of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. He was previously a director of Debt Free Direct plc.

Richard Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer, age 61

Richard has a background in computer software, from which he initiated a joint venture with Estates Gazette and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors developing commercial property advertising. This led him into the residential mortgage market where he focused on technology based initiatives and solutions. Richard is the founder and Chief Executive of Network Data Holdings and is an experienced and high profile individual within the mortgage industry, having been a frequent contributor to industry journals.

Ivan Elliott, Non-executive Director, age 73

Ivan was a founding director of Charterhouse Communications plc, where he acted as managing director for fifteen years and is currently Deputy Chairman. He has previously been a director of a number of companies within the Emap group.

Senior Management

The senior managers of Network Data Holdings are as follows:

Alexandra Cotton - Chief Executive of Network Data Limited, age 34

Alex joined Network Data Limited in 2001 after 10 years at Legal & General where she rose from the position of mortgage underwriter to one of business development manager, and finally head of mortgage marketing. Alex has been with NDL for six years and was Head of Sales & Marketing prior to becoming CEO of NDL. She is responsible for the development and growth of NDL.

Paul Wildman - Chief Executive of Network Surveyors Limited, age 42

Paul has a career spanning 20 years in financial services. Following a trainee position at Nationwide, he moved to Portman as branch manager. Subsequently he moved to the Woolwich where he was appointed district manager West Worthing and latterly district manager to the flagship Bexleyheath Broadway Branch.

Paul moved into surveying as commercial operations manager of Ekins, the surveying arm of the Woolwich. Ekins grew rapidly during this time, managing both residential and commercial surveys for the Barclays Group. Paul then moved to Abbey as manager for survey services responsible for surveyor support and distribution of work to panel firms. Following the acquisition of Abbey by Santander, he moved to direct valuations / Shepherd Chartered Surveyors as business development director.

Paul joined Network Surveyors in Sept 2006 with the brief of growing the surveying business and developing the capacity solution for Energy Performance Certificates & Home Condition Reports within the Group.

Tim Jones - Chief Executive of Hipstar Limited, age 46

Tim has spent over 25 years in the financial services industry focused on distribution of products in the property and lending sectors. He developed one of the UK's leading mortgage distribution networks when at Zurich Financial Services in the late 90's, creating a new platform for intermediary business with lenders. He left to join the board of First Title, the UK subsidiary of First American Corp, as business development director with responsibility for marketing, mortgage processing and title insurance. During this period, First Title acquired enact and the Live Organisation to support their strategy of being a leading HIP provider for agents.

Tim joined HIPSTAR as a consultant in early 2007 and became CEO in May 2007.

Chris Poulton - Chief Executive of Network Conveyancing Limited, age 35

Chris has been responsible for running call centres for over 10 years for companies such as Carland (owned by GE), The Live Organisation and Daimler Chrysler UK. He has worked for The Live Organisation on two separate occasions, developing the call centre sales model for the sale of conveyancing services.

Chris joined the Group in October 2006. His role at NCL will be to grow the number of conveyancing instruction from estate agents and mortgage brokers which are passed on to a controlled panel of solicitors.

Craig Sharp - Group Director Finance and Company Secretary, age 41

Craig qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 having trained with Howarth Clark Whitehall LLP, where he had experience of AIM and fully listed clients and companies regulated by the FSA. He left Howarth Clark Whitehall LLP in July 2005 to join Network Data Ltd and now is head of the Group's finance department.

Mark Higgins - Head of Systems, Sales and Development, age 33

Mark has spent his career to date with Network Data Limited where he has worked in many areas. Mark has been managing the IT Department for the last 5 years and has overall responsibility for software systems and IT infrastructure. The IT department handle all software development for the Group, quality assurance, web design and the help desk and technical support for AR firms.
