About Us - Hipstar Limited (HIPSTAR)

HIPSTAR has been launched as a primary provider of Home Information Packs (HIPs). It provides HIPs to estate agents, mortgage brokers and other intermediaries.

In common with NSL, HIPSTAR does not employ its own home inspectors or legal personnel but will outsource the work to NSL and property search agencies.

In order to ensure access to sufficient number of Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy assessors, HIPSTAR has launched a Home Inspector and Domestic Energy Assessor franchise operation selling designated geographical franchise areas in England & Wales.

HIPSTAR manages the outsourcing of all the HIP reports, monitoring the quality and services standards of all the providers before assembling the Home Information Pack.

NDH remains confident that HIPs will eventually form an integral part of the house buying process and the HIPSTAR has the infrastructure and resources to be a leading provider of HIPs.
